Sending Charlie on to a better place was the hardest decision I have ever made, but Jenny and Chris stood shoulder to shoulder with my family and shared the burden. I had previously called another company who I did not feel very good about and after 15 minutes on the initial call with Jenny, I knew these were the right folks to help us.

When the time came, Chris and Dr. Maureen arrived at my house and gave Charlie a good once over, listened to my questions, helped me with my fears and were so understanding and helpful. They gave us a little time to say our goodbyes – and grieved with us. This isn’t a situation that anyone would choose to be in, but being in with Jenny, Chris, and Dr. Maureen made it hurt just a little less. I can’t thank you enough for the help, understanding, and compassion you’ve shown us. You will never be forgotten in our house.
