Len and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for all that Jenny and Chris did to support us throughout the loss of our precious dachshund, Marcel in February 2020. When I first spoke with Jenny back in the Fall, I knew that Animal Kingdom would take good care of us when the time came. Marcel passed away on a Saturday, and Jenny personally came to our home to meet with us, then worked directly with our veterinarian to finalize the plans. Several days later met with Jenny and Chris at Animal Kingdom to pick up our beautiful remembrance package so that we could have an interment site at our home. How fortunate we were to find these warm and caring people who were so empathetic in our time of need. I will post a photo of our remembrance wall when it is completed.
